Talent Growth Lab is Summer Internship Program by Wateen. Wateen started as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) but now has expanded into other ICT services across the country providing business and energy solutions apart from connectivity. Talent Growth Lab allows aspiring students to gain professional experience in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Wateen is credited with transforming the landscape of communications technology in Pakistan through its efforts to revolutionize businesses with cutting-edge technology. Wateen was the pioneer of Pakistan’s internet connectivity with the fastest-growing fiber-optic network. Wateen is a Dhabi Group venture with the objective of transforming the digital landscape of Pakistan through innovative solutions, systems, and services, envisioning a digital Pakistan that is technologically equipped to become a regional communication hub.
Interns in the Talent Growth Lab will have the chance to work in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, engaging with projects across multiple verticals including connectivity, infrastructure development, cloud solutions, networking, and energy efficiency. The program which is 6-8 weeks long is designed to provide practical experience and foster skills that are essential for a career in ICT and related fields.
