Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance – PPGG) by DAAD Germany
To promote good governance and strengthen civil structure, DAAD Germany presents Helmut-Schmidt-Programme which is a fully funded Master’s Scholarships Programme for Public Policy and Good Governance – PPGG by promoting future leaders from emerging countries to attend a fully funded Masters program in Germany which can help them to promote democracy and social justice in their home countries.

All master’s courses have their own selection criteria (degree, grades, language skills, work experience, etc.) that must be met in addition to the DAAD’s selection criteria.
Is there an age limit for DAAD scholarships?
No, there is usually no fixed age limit. There are individual exceptions in programmes in which this is explicitly requested by an international partner.
Application Deadline
The application period for all seven higher education institutions is from 1 June until 31 July 2024.
